The State of California Emergency Housing and Assistance Program (EHAP) funds emergency shelters, transitional housing, safe havens, rental assistance programs, and cold wet weather providers.  The funds are used to assist housing programs with operational costs and provides for the expansion of bed capacity and/or supportive services offered to homeless clients.

EHAP CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT NOFA

  • The State Department of Housing and Community Development released the EHAP CD NOFA on November 5th, 2004 for a total of $31 million.  Part of the application process requires that you submit local priorities to the Designated Local Board for review.  To access LA County's local priorities, click HERE.
